Charles was a U.S. Government Applications Engineering Branch Head at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. He passed away at the Queen's Medical Center at the age of 60. He is survived by his wife, Jackie A. Tokunaga; sons, Marshall P.M., Colin S.Y. (Raquel) and Chad G.S. Tokunaga; granddaughers, Rylee and Rielle Tokunaga; parents, Paul S. and Jane T. Tokunaga; brothers, Guy (Joy) and Steven (Bernadette) Tokunaga. Visitation from 9:30 A.M. on Saturday, July 13, 2013, at Star of the Sea Parish, 4470 Aliikoa Street; service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow. No flowers. Aloha attire.
